We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and always endeavor toperform quality checks on all orders before we ship them. The satisfactionof our customers is our top priority, and if you feel are not 100% satisfiedwith your purchase and wish to return the item, please do let us know.

For situations of damage/detective or incorrect quantity/style, pleasesend us an email at goodiesforsoul@outlook.com with your order number and animage of the received package and items. We'l be happy to help!

For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we do not offerrefunds resends without proof of loss from the local post office.

Please note that we do not provide refunds re-sends if the delivery failsdue to an incorrect delivery address. so please make sure that youraddress can receive the package before placing an order.
